I would suggest using a smaller aperture f/22 or smaller if possible at iso 400. Like John said get the scape level. your building lights are overexposed. What i do like about the photo is the exposure on the bike and the overall comp is killer. I'm a little late on this discussion but hopefully I helped. Keep shooting and keep pushing the envelope!!!
