swich color photo to BW but still keep some parts in color

http://i345.photobucket.com/albums/p381/ngonhubu/038_38bW.jpg Photoshop CS2 or CS3 : After open the photo click at menu bar =>
image-adjustment-hue/saturation...drag saturation bar to the left-click OK...Picture become to BW
(CS2) next to the stamp tool
(Cs3) underneath the stamp tool
click history tool- choose the brush size draw on top the area you want back to color...
