In search of the light elves.....

The quest begins.... follow an unmarked trail into a golden meadow of flowers. Across the meadow you will hear the sounds of a rushing brook beckoning you from within the chaotic silence of the darkend forest. Follow the trail leading upward from the brook, to where an old woodcutter stacks some firewood to cure. Obscuring the way onward, a tree offering some refreshing fruit and a welcoming respit from the journey will distract you and as you rest, fade into a dark sleep. The puzzling calmness will tempt a dream out from your earthen bed and begin lifting you through the haze out from the darkness to unveil the double rainbows of dark and light, beyond where the invisible island called Alfein is found levitating between the firmaments. In an instant the island nebula wisks away skyward where the elven god Ljosalfar dwells in a magnificent dwelling protecting the light elves as they play together, in the warm morning sunshine....
