Thanks Robert, I appreciate it.  The slideshows of sessions and weddings are a fabulous idea; I have thought of that and have actually contracted out a couple special sessions to a talented friend to do.  He is so used to doing these type of slideshows, he has to think alot less about the task than I would have; it sure saves me a huge amount of time.  I have toyed with the idea of using HD video functionality on my 7D to capture key moments and then create and little 10 minute composition of the day.  However, I think it would be a mistake to try to mix hd video and stills by the same photographer.  By this I mean if you are doing stills, you should stick to the stills because you could miss key shots if you are switching back and for the still and video.   So, you would need a second shooter to be doing video instead of stills...then I worry about the shots you would generally want the second shooter to get, not being captured.

I will definatlely take you up on help with a green screen....I think I will have a look into the ins and out of it, in the very near future.

Yes I know what you mean about offering something differrent. With so many people with a camera and now think their a photographer, we need to upscale and do what the camera toting wan-a-be's can't do. Another thing I do is offer high end digital slide shows of session and weddings. I'm always looking for that upper edge difference. If you want or need help with the a green screen, I'm and here and I would be happy towalk you through some of what I know.

Robert, I have never used a green screen....I've thought of trying it but never have.  I will definately have to consider that, it would give me a lot more flexibility if clients want sometime other than high or low key or some standard backdrops that I have.

Just curious Sherry, do you have or have you used a green-screen? I have one in the studio and have 2,000 digital backgrounds for my customers to choose from. It works great for just about everything.

I know what you mean about having a great client to work with, especially someone who's motivated.
