Autumn In Croom, MD

Taken at the railroad tracks in Croom, MD. I thought all of the colors and the leaves laying around were pretty. I learned a lot from the three or four railroad shots I took. I learned that I prefer to work slowly, alone and with a tripod. I also prefer to have my head well covered while working as cameras and eyeglasses don't always get along. While I'm okay with this shot; I know it could have been much better!

I cannot help loving shots of autumn roads, lined with trees and half-buried under yellow, orange and red leaves. So I really enjoy this. (Just hope the railroad is not used very often - otherwise it would be quite a daring feat to take such pics.) :-)
