"Caught Between Cultures"
I shot this from the Zocalo in San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico. Initially I was shooting the reflection of the church in the bus window. Then three women from the indigenous village of Chamula arrived to sell their handicrafts to the tourists who were about to get off the bus. I was stuck by the contrast between the traditional indigenous vendors and the modernity of the bus.
