Meditation

As I was snapping the sunset, a group of young girls drove up and took over the rock where I was working. Several were going to write in their journals and others had a book to read. They asked if they were in my way and I decided to use them as my 'models'! Kacee had a beautifully-colorful skirt on so I thought this a wonderful image of her reading her inspirational book.

WOW! Really fabulous! The sunrise alone, never disappoints, but the light on the woman is absolutely exquisite!

So sublime!

Thank you Nayan! This is a single image imported into Lightroom. I did Recovery and took the exposure down to get the sky how I wanted. I then did some Fill Light to bring out the girl and her dress, Contrasting, and Clarity. I took the image into Photoshop and did Levels to add pop and contrasting and used the Dodge Tool to add more highlights to the lighter areas. I may have done a few other tweaks but that is the major stuff. Have fun! Celebrate life, Debra
