Nice image, I would have liked to have seen this taken in monochrome with some fill in flash or dramatic side lighting. there is some slight over exposure to the left of the beard with loss of detail. Still a tricky shot, the sunlight partially catching his beard makes this a challenging picture and the character is nicely captured. I hope i'm not being over critical.
