Thank you Brenda! This is my favorite beach and pier, only 1/2 hour from my home out west, so I often go down before dawn to shoot it. There is always something interesting, a unique sunrise, and many interesting elements at this beach. Enjoy!

I use a UV filter of course and this shot is an HDR combo of 3 exposures. The blurred waves comes from the longest exposure of the 3. After combining the shots in PhotomatixPro, I took it back into Lightroom and tweaked the contrasting and a bit more luminence and highlights on the waves. Enjoy! Celebrate life, Debra

B-e-a-utiful picture! Perfect colours, fading and perspective. Did you use a ND filter or Photoshop to get the blur done?

I think this shot would have looked good right out of the camera, it has all the basic photographic elements. Your skillful editing has made it into a masterpiece. Good work Deb.
