Hi Varun. I posted 2 before and after photos. Open it and tell me what you see...One comment on your photo except the big flash on the sun glasses and the weird looking hair sticking out on top of the rim of the sun glasses...You broke one rule in the cropping of the photo...Never cut off the fingers... Hope I helped you somewhat...

VERY nice... great composition, lighting and editing.  The only thing I would do is darken or eliminate the reflection of your light in her glasses and in glass frame.  Well done!!!

I see pores and those tiny thin face hairs, no blemishes, no lines

to me it is a well taken image, beautifully edited!

I use a soft brush in photoshop set with about 18 percent pressure and opacity to paint the skin. You can do layers on the face so if you dont like it you can delete it or reduce it with opacity. Gotta run will write later :o)
