It has been so long since I have been on here not sure if this is going to show up or not.... We'll see. Anyway what I did was hit the Highlight Recovery for the foreground in Lightroom. and it fixed it right away.....

lex, This is a great shot !!! I love it. if you don't mind. review it and take a look at what your Foreground is doing.... Your " New Building is very close ot Blow out" ....If you don't mind I will copy and see what I can do with the foreground then I can show you more about what I mean. I do very much Like this shot. great composure.
