I set my camera with the aperture set at 3.5, ISO 5000, shutter at 1/60. This was a very dark setting with occasional bursts of lite. I wanted to avoid using the flash with fear that it would cancel out the cool colors from the lights on the stage.

What settings on your D90 do you use for this night setting?  This is a great shot and I had to do some stage setting pics and didn't know where to start with my settings.
