The scientific name for the plant is "Phyla nodiflora". The common name for the plant is "Turkey Tangle Fogfruit". Yes, really. :)

dont know what these are called.... this picture gives them a view most never see! Its in macro. They are tiny weeklike flowers found underfoot. In the grass. Look for them~
