Thanks for your comment. The photo contest is announced every month both in the Monthly Photo Contest Group and usually the main forum as well. You can enter the next photo contest when it begins early in December by joining the Monthly Photo Contest Group and following the instructions in the Discussion. Right now, the November photo contest is still in the final voting stage. A few different individuals decide on the finalist photos, many who are PictureSocial administrators.
