- I was born in 1948 in Shahrood, a beautiful city in northeast of Iran. I am married , have 3 sons. I have a Master of Art degree in management and teach English to university students . I work at Shahrood University of Technology. I have found photography very interesting and a useful amusement.

Patti Haskins said… - Thank you for the reply, I see from your photography Shahrood appears to be like the central valley of California with the great Mountain ranges in the background of the fertile valleys. I came to Red Bluff to care for my mother who passed some years back. I have acclimated to this area but prefer the north coast of California. I think the winters here are better for "old bones"

- Thank you for your reply. The amazing think about Shahrood is that though here the weather is a little dry but rather colder than may other cities , it has a lot of nice and cold surrounding and even
Jungles. It takes about half an hour to get to jungle.

- Hello , I live in a small town called Red Bluff , Ca. It is hot and dry ,probably very much like where you live. It is still very much the American west I am involved with the Arts here and recently have taken up photography. I still paint but find photography enjoyable as the results are much faster.

- Salam, Even with mobile of 2 mega pix , you can get good shot but you have to be close to the object and consider a right focus.

Usman Minhas said… - what u r asking me 2 do with that pic of flower.. needs editing... actually i dont edit pictures of nature.. i took it with mobile phone and pasted it here as it was... coz i think nature dont needs editing.. but i'll surely try this on the photo and inshallah ur sugestion will b helpfull for me..
i cant call my self a fotographer coz i dont even have a camera heheheheh
