I agree with Philip that the fist shot could be just a bit tighter.
Second shot is unusual and i like the overall effect apart from the noise which could be from a mixture of diffraction (F:22) and under exposure as the ISO was only 400.

my first time to shoot a night photo i just saw the reflection on the river so i took the shot. the other picture is a student walking on the street.and then just wanna catch the dove flying....can somebody teach me how to compose thanks..
