After Drawing and coloring for 23 years, I’m ready for a change. And lately I find that I’m far too impatient for drafted art and needed a medium that gave that instant gratification we all crave.
Photography!
Point and shoot right?
Boy was I wrong! It’s close, but hell I can’t count how many re-shoots I’ve had to do just to get that one perfect capture. Making sure the lighting is right and that you have no shot ruining things like your reflection or that pole in the distance. Even army crawling around my backyard to get that bee, who really wanted to fly away right when I was about to snap the photo, presented a challenge.
And with all the difficulties along with the conveniences, it just makes me love it even more. And as I explore this new branch in my creative life I’d like as much constructive criticism as you all can supply.
But please, keep in mind; I don’t see myself going professional. It’s a hobby and I just love to learn.
"My main Interest is wildlife but love Macro too, I recently bought a Sigma 105mm f2.8 Macro (Nikon fit), I'm really pleased with it so far, here are a couple of examples with it:"
