Anatoliy replied to Andrew Wilson's discussion What the @=*~# is this?"I'll say that the image is over exposed. for the first one you used ISO 3200, 0.62 seconds, F/29, exposure bias +1.3 on a nikon D90. Maybe if you used the shutter at 1/20 instead of .62 then you might not have had that problem."
