Hi , I am trying to progress from having my camera on automatic hahaha and learn how to take better pics . I love taken pictures and then working with them on my pc to crop etc .
I am married and have three children and a grandchild .Dont really know what else to write here hahaha so this will do for now

An advice for you: to avoid the strong flare you have in the photo I did comment, try to avoid shooting directly into the sun or try to hide it behind things - tree, clouds, etc. There's allways a great risk the strong sun light "burns"your camera sensor.
I looked at your photos and I liked the colors a lot. It could be a good ideea to have a tripod and to level the camera on it - you will get straight and steady shots...
Hey, I looked at those sunset photos you took and thought they were amazing. Some advice that i can offer you is to keep the camera straight when taking the photo to avoid tilted horizons. I did a bit of a fix up in photoshop for one of the sunset photos (559) so you could see what it should look like. Here's the photo:
Sorry it's not centered but I tried to retain as much of the image as I could. On the other hand you could use the image like this for an interesting effect:
lol I also want to catch a bird in flight , and am only now learning to use different settings on my camera . Have taken all my pics with automatic setting and am looking for to making better shots of insects and birds in flight . keep up good work
Thank you again, Deborah! This is part of a State park called Putnam Park. It is part Revolutionary War museum and part trail system. I can only do part of the trail system (back injury) but it is a really beautiful place!
