About Me:: Still a novice at photography. Got interested in the art actually a little more than a year ago and have been hooked ever since. I have joined a few sites such as flickr but I am looking for a place that can help me develop my skills. Flickr is a good site to share photos but most comments are the standard "Good Shot" but I am looking for a little more to help better my photos. So I am hoping that this site can give me that. So please critique my photos and I am prepared for the brutally honest comments. Thanks

Everyone is eager to give advice and criticism when you ask, as well as praise on your great work. There are many groups that you can join like the Canon and Nikon users, and Flower and Plant groups. Take a look around and see where you can fit in. Join as many groups as you like. Learn from observing others works. Participate in areas you like and contribute to discussions. Add a blog, comment on others work on their pages and photos. A sister site is picturecorrect.com where you can see camera reviews and many subjects about photography. Most of all, enjoy these two sites
