Corrine, thanks for the comment you left on "The Fly"...I found that "nasty, repulsive" insect through a "macro" lens very interesting...I know, very odd_but I've been called worse :)...while I was here I took time to gaze at your E-gallery. Very nice work, you have a good eye...love the B&W's (tinted with Sepia)...nice location shots...thanks

Thank you for commenting on my blog. I completely understand that everyone percieves art differently. I know I do even with my friends who are in the same field. At the same time, when I say snapshots, I am definately talking about Aunt Hilda!

I take snapshots of my three year old. ALOT! I never consider them artistic and would never dream of placing them on a site like this. I totally think it is fine if it is an occasional snapshot that someone just has to share, but when everything they are posting is snapshots and they are calling it photography, this is when it makes me cringe.

I took a peak at you work and you have some really amazing shots. You also have a great eye for color . I love your landscapes and flora. Beautiful.
