Oops.Yes I'm guilty of missing e-mail comments and answering them. I have like 5 e-mail accounts, and I've just got back into RED BUBBLE, Photo Site. I also have a tinge of adult ADD/ADHD which gives me tunnel vision (ie I get captured in one thing to excess, ignoring other needful things around me). Add to that, my responsibilities as a domestic Adonis, spring cultivation and planting/sowing/fertilizing.) Sorry about that. I really like your work.Very wide angle shots, good technique, pro quality equipment. I agree, hands on work guided by some reading is a wonderful school for mastering the art. At only 3 years into it, your work is quite good.

Thanks for the visit and the compliment on my Blue Heron pic. That guy sat there and fished all afternoon, I don't know where he put all of that fish...

Errrrr,,,Havn't been doing it long?  Gee from your caliber of shots I'd say you've got an expensive SLR, know how to use it in the field, AND have gotten some lucky shots. (Bird shots were great.) You  seem to know your ISO, Aperture, depth of field controls well, and are not afraid to use them. You don't get that in a fortnight with a good book on photography. I think you've more experience than you let on. Not to be one to CRY WOLF! Your a semi-pro level shooter, don't be modest. Great work! Love the beach and boat scenes too. :)

Hello Direwolf: Thanks for nice comment on my pix hot gas bags with color. It looks a litle grainy to me, but as memory serves me it was early morning, and I had ISO400 film in the Nikon SLR. Served great in low light, but added that texture, I'm not sure I like. You work is excellent sir. Cudos, and atta-boys. Great macro Dragon Fly!
