Profile Information

About Me and My Photography Experience:: I was raised in a small town in the most beautiful valley in Montana where there are photo ops wherever you look. My wife and I moved to Tacoma one month ago to finish up school. I love hiking and being outdoors mostly. Just recently I got my SLR camera and are slowly figuring out the tricks and techniques. I hope to get critiques and comments on my work and hope to soon go back to Montana and bring backeven better pictures.

My Photography Equipment:: Nikon D40, 10.2 Megapixel, SLR, Digital Camera Digital Camera Kit with Nikon 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6G ED AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor Autofocus Lens

At 2:07am on February 11, 2008, jadeast said…: Dan I've been to bozeman montana and you're right, it's beautiful in itself but with yellowstone to the south, Glacier NP to the north, Snake river and Big sky ski resort to the west, you can't possibly take pictures of everything, it's all just too amazing. I've Been to Tacoma as well and the are some pretty amazing photo ops in that area. I don't think you should feel too deprived. Anyway, welcome to the group - you can find photo ops everywhere when you train to start looking.
