Debbie, great story and I like the Dorthea Lange quote. I got serious in photography using an Argus C3 35mm film camera and the college student darkrooms. I took family pictures when younger so the interest was there already. I so agree with you on digital, it changed everything and made photography easier and better. The one problem is that everyone that picks up a camera now thinks they are a photographer but you certainly deserve the title.
