- About Me and My Photography Experience:
- I love the outdoors and am an avid cyclist, hiker, runner, and photographer. I used a point and shoot for years after abandoning my film camera and now shoot with a Canon DSLR. I am having fun entering photo contests and was just honored with the top award in the Americana category of the Smithsonian contest this past year. I love sharing my photos and viewing others' great shots, love wiener dogs, my hubbie of 35 years, and the Lord!
- My Photography Equipment:
- Primarily a Canon 7D with a variety of lenses, from macro to wide-angle to a zoom 28-135mm and a new 70-200mm which my hubbie usually snags before I can grab it! My fav lately is the wide-angle. I also adore doing HDR and enjoy all sorts of subjects. I sometimes take my Olympus point and shoot along on the bicycle or out running.
