A very highly recommended a book by George Barr "Take Your Photography to the Next Level" 190 some pages, 8x10, high quanity paper! very nice I must say., soft cover. I don't take this as a "How To" book  I myself get more from looking a pic's than reading., must be the kid in me.  I really like the captions next to each pic, gives me a insight of the photographer Geo Barr, and how to improve on my own pictures.  I've had this for several weeks now and go back to it a lot for tips and…

As you're probably aware, I only say the truth and only try to comment positively on images worthy of such. It's always a pleasure to comment on the work you do as it's always top notch.

Many blessings

Hi Don, Thanks for your comments on my photos. I thought about getting a clean wine glass for the shot, but I thought the half full one made a better photo. (I was not the one who drank the wine, because I cannot drink successfully.) We were at a family reunion of my wife's family at Lake Tahoe, Ca., and the glass was left sitting on the railing after dinner. The setting sun made the light perfect.

Have a great weekend and week!

Best regards, Dan

Hi Don, I have finally had some time to work on some photos. This new computer has taken a bit of tweaking to get it working just like I want. It is great to have a custom made computer. I don't think I would ever buy one off the shelf again. I have had a chance to post a couple of shots from our trip. Take a look if you like and let me know what you think.

Best regards, Dan

Hi Don, I really like your recent shots. You seem to be getting better all the time. My wife and I have been traveling and I have not had time to post anything or even process my images. I'm about 300 images behind! It's great to see that you are still busy taking wonderful photos that record the buildings of the past.

Take care and have a great week!

Best regards, Dan
