To add to Ed's comments, try using a polarizing filter to eliminate some of the blown out highlights. Also try shooting from a position where the trees line up next to the conservatory and form a repeating pattern which leads the eye.

In composing try to keep your main points of interest away from the center of the image. There is a time and place to break that but not here. Snow is a little blown out. I like the shadows and would probably be shooting into the light source using…

It is quite static and not real interesting. I'd like to see closer elements of the structure with a couple or subject. Maybe a use of wide angle with close up of fence and structure in the background.
