Hi Guys
I am currently studying A level photography at college. We have a project at the moment and I am struggling with a angle. I have to choose something to photography that depicts "the recession" so was hoping some of you wouldnt mind taking part in this mini brain storming session :)

RAW v's JPEG

I have a Nikon D80 and currently studying A level photography. I am at constant odds as to whether to shoot in RAW or JPEG, whilst I know the technical benefits of shooting in RAW I keep reading that the difference with this Nikon camera is very marginal, I would love to hear what you all think and if you have noticed a difference between the two? Thank you.

Geoff said… - Hi Fiona...I'm a keen amateur as well and though I would drop by and say hi...and mention that I'm tossing up between getting a Nikon D90 (which I notice you have) or a Canon EOS 50D. I've had a play with the Canon and thought that was pretty good, but reviews on the D90 have me wondering if Nikon is the better way to go. Cheers, Geoff
