Thanks Steve. Greatly appreciated. As a matter of fact, I do have a coffee-table book of my work coming out next year. I'm in the midst of designing it now. I call it "Final Thoughts." There will be about 250 of my shots contained in…
She was having a grand old time with these two graves. The rest of the series can be viewed at my site - www.johnthomasgrant.com - on page two of "The Latest".

I shoot grave house things (mausoleums); cemeteries in general, that is, and the flowers accent. It's that life and death theme my artwork is stuck in:-D
A good guess would be that you'll find my stuff to be a little different. But, it's what I do, and do well. I photograph cemeteries. I hope you enjoy my works. It's a good place to stop and think about things. Eternity to whomever wishes to visit.
"Scatter me not to restless winds,
nor toss my ashes to the sea,
remember now those years gone by,
when loving gifts I gave to thee.
Remember now the happy times,
the family ties we shared,
don't leave my resting place unmarked,
as though you never cared.
Deny me not one final gift,
for all to come to see,
a single lasting proof that says,
I loved... and you loved me."
More to come...
My Photography Equipment:
I started with an Olympus 3020, but have recently graduated to a Nikon D300.

What beautiful photography!.I particulary love the one with the angel leaning over the tombstone, beautiful but rather sad. Also love the poem you have added to your profile. I look forward to seeing more of your work.
