About Me and My Photography Experience:: I am from Latvia, Europe. Probably eager amateur, self-taught photographer. I am a landscape photographer, so it seems to me. I love outdoor photography very much. Although, I love early and late light, being like a light hunter. In early 80's I travelled extensively with folk/dance orchestra I have taken a lot of pictures of 35mm ZENIT TTL (RU made) film camera, then came Pentax and CANON. Actually, I have played drums since early seventies working in different projects, but in the early nineties I gave it up for next twenty two years in the fire and rescue service, working in emergency management. Photography is my passion all years along. I am always looking for interesting vistas which creates Mother Nature. I just copy them.

My Photography Equipment:: I currently use:
CANON Rebel XT and 5D with EF 17-40mm f/4L and EF 50mm f/1.8, Manfrotto 190 XPROB tripod with Manfrotto 498RC2 head and COKIN ND4 and some others.
Sometimes I have habit to use my old but pretty handy CANON PowerShot S70 (point&shoot) digital camera.
