- About Me and My Photography Experience:
- Jay Rodriguez, you may also know me as Urban Grafix because of my graphic design background.
12 years Graphic Designer/ Web Designer
6 Years Photography/ Digital Photography
I mainly shoot Portraits, Headshots, Commercial Ads and Band / Musician Photography for promotional material.
Advertising is what I studied...day by day I have many ideas running through my mind to make your product noticed.
My goal is to make things happen on the internet, maybe cause a stir and have everyone talk about it!
I love photography & design, it's my passion. I look forward to putting my mark and my style of photography and design for many projects from here on end.
I aim high, fortune 500 high and sooner or later I wish to be there.
I urge you to take a look at my work and see all the creative ideas I have executes throughout my path.

Boriqua Pride - One Light Shoot w/ Reflector Boards and Diffuser...

I wanted to practice more on the one light theory, so I brought out the gear and thought I’d share this shot with you guys/gals and show you that “YOU” along with many others can achieve this look with just one light, a Diffuser and a couple white bounce boards!

Glamour shots with gelled backgrounds featuring Judy

This past weekend I wanted to work on a different approach in shooting. I decided that I wanted to add a creative edge to my shots by adding vibrant colors to my backgrounds. Being a Strobist reader along with many others I wanted to test out my abilities with off camera strobes and colored gels. I'll take a photo and then print it off for the people on site. I would prefer to take them using a natural background, but my customer wants something specific; so I am on the hunt for a background.
