Well it's too late to change that, but i like the composition and the lights anyway.
You learn from every photo how you may want the next. (i do)
Now, the changes here are just minimal, i think you could have the same result with higher…
Thanks Vinh. I see the difference but I think the major problem I had with shot was the light background... I should have aimed for the sun to be in front of my subject rather than in back...thanks for the edit!

The more I looked at these portraits the more I saw that they were missing something... Thanks for pointing it out...I will definitely re-work some more processing into them...

I wonder why you shot and post prod outdoors and landscapes with high contrast and leave the portraits low contrast with high brightness.
I guess it brings some awareness of the natural light, but well, this is just my opinion, it would worth it to…

thank you Don, the building was vacant and I was doing a before and after shoot with the designer, when he was looking out the window I managed to get this shot, and then added my own twist on it.
