I'm a female, a registered nurse, a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a Navy veteran, a native of Kansas City, and an avid amateur photographer. Vacations are excuses for never letting a camera leave my hand unless I'm eating, sleeping, or showering. Any of these activities, however, can be interrupted if an opportunity shows itself.
My strength lies more in composition than in camera craft and I welcome any advice or criticism that can help me improve.

We agree on Naples, I saw the population density numbers quite awhile back when researching the subject and was amazed at the complacent attitude. Further research indicated that the Med is Fault Zone Intensive, so then I suspect it becomes the luck of the draw. Just like I view my chance each time I visit the super volcano called Yellowstone NP. All goes to show we live on a living breathing planet and nothing is permanent no matter where you are. located. So, keep on snapping those great photos Jerry, we all may have some great "before" photos.
