About Me and My Photography Experience:: I have been a photographer in the St. Louis, Missouri area for 35 years. I began my love for photography while serving in the Air Force in Vietnam during the early ‘70’s. Upon returning to civilian life, I began my career as a wedding, portrait, event and fashion photographer in the St. Louis area and within a few years opened my own studio and have owned Joel Marion Photography ( www.joelmarionphoto.com ) ever since.
I have been very successful in my career over the years, and have also maintained a high interest in the fine art aspect of photography. My wife Carol and I have traveled to many wonderful places, capturing beautiful photographic images along the way.
