I cann see why would cropped it...to focus on the light. However, the before is a better shot and more compelling.

I had my CCNA & CCNP, but the company I work for was going through 3 divestitures and I just never had the time to study, so Both my certs lapsed. With your certs you should be able to get a job pretty easily. I am now the Network Manager at my company. We have sites around the world.
