About Me and My Photography Experience:: I am a New York based photographer . I've loved photography ever since I was young . In my house we had many books on photography and the two that I looked at and that influenced my vision the most were of the Troubles in Northern Ireland and of the Civil Rights Movement in the South. When I moved to NY, I was introduced to Louis Stettner, Roy De Carava, and Saul Leiter. These photographers broadened my vision of the world around me. Currently, I'm using equipment that encompasses everything from the latest Canon equipment to a vintage Speedgraphic camera. I photograph my surroundings unaltered, and capture people in their everyday endeavors of life, with respect and dignity.

• 20+ years of photography experience, as a photographer, photo editor, lecturer and teacher, serving a dynamic range of clients and organizations.

• Multidimensional photography professional—freelance photographer; owner of a specialty stock photo agency; photo archivist; and an expert in both digital and traditional photo media and darkroom procedures.

• Photographs have appeared in group and solo shows around the world, and are held in museum collections in Korea and New York as well as the private collections of designer Ralph Lauren and actor Gabriel Byrne.

• Printed photographs for such luminaries as Robert Clark and Bill Clinton; worked with a diverse array of freelance clients, from museums and galleries to design firms and print publications.
