As Michael mentions, you have two elements foreground and background competing with each other.
However what kills it for me is the amount, size, color and style of text splattered everywhere - why?

I probably would make a bit darker for more contrast. Depth of field is good with the head being in focus - you can always increase the aperture number if you want. Frame - I would have tried to to get the entire right arm.
