Way cool!
I knew the folks who owned Giant's Camp. The "giant" was named Al Tomaini, and his wife "Patti" was 1/2 a person, she was born with no legs, so she was tiny, and Al was huge! They made quite the couple. When I first moved there, they had a big aquarium out front with a big sea turtle living in it, and of course, one of Al's giant rubber boots as a tourist attraction. Inside their own bungalow, they had little train tracks all over the house, as Patti sat on a sled, and scooted around the house on the roller coaster like system she had. She and Al were really lovely people, nice as they were big and little. Sorry to hear Giant's Camp is being torn down now... but I guess its time. Thanks for the note, and for the re-connect maam!
