Mac Sokulski commented on Earl E. Gibson's group Canon User Group"Wanda, the canon 430 is a good start, but 580 has a lot more functionality, albeit much more expensive. The nice thing is that you can use the 7D to fire the flash remotely. This allows for a lot of creative ideas."
