I love the lighting on this shot and the way you have incorporated the vertical lines of the window and the wall with the model's pose. I don't shot much in the way of portraits, and I appreciate people who do.
I am just learning this style of communication, bear with me. I am excellent at Adobe programs and have not spent much time chatting on line. I will figure it out, eventually!
My Photography Equipment:
I find my left eye and my heart to be the most useful but I carry out the final products with a few olympus cameras. I use a mac and adobe software. I spent several years back in the early 80's repairing 35mm cameras as a profession. I used my OM2 and FE2, had lots of lenses for both as I was in the business and picked them up cheap. I loved Olympus equipment back then and am a bit frustrated with their digital, so far!
Thanks for your comment on Mini Waterfall. That was shot with me E300 with tripod. There was a lot of brush around the location and I had to scramble over some fallen trees to take the shot. I haven't had a chance to check out your gallery, but will do so now.
Hi Margaret, I have an E300 and a new E3. You have to go into the menu to find the self-timer on the E300. Go to camera 2 and scroll over to drive and then over again and you will see a single frame image, multiple frames BKT and then the self timer. Scroll down to self-timer and then right to set the option to 2 sec or 12 sec. I used this with my tripod shots instead of the remote. One of the amazing things about the remote is that the same one worked with my C5050Z, the E300 and now with my E3.
Thanks for commenting on my "single tree in winter"! I enjoyed looking through your gallery - you have a very unique style. Look forward to seeing more of your work!
