Hi Marie, how are you doing? No I am still out of work but haven't gotten out there for the snow shots. I was dealing with serious pain issues but some of that is much better now! Happily it's been beautiful the last few days and I am looking forward to some awesome spring shots!

Hi Marie, how are you? I'm not sure if I passed it on but I was laid off after 32 years with the same company. I still haven't found a new job yet and I honestly haven't done much Photography. I hope you are well and had a great Christmas and New Year holiday!

I couldn't swing the L version with IS $1250 and the L without the IS was about $550. I thought the 2.8 version might be equiv to the 4-5.6 with IS and for $242 seemed like a good deal especially since cash is tight right now especially since I just bought that new car. I LOVE that car! I'll take a good shot or two of it and shoot it to you. So how can you be so busy you don't email anyone for a month? Hmmmmm?
I've been busy too...I adopted a 10 year old dog "Levi" but had to give him back. He had Separation Anxiety and howled from the moment I left till I got back. The neighbors were not happy and he had to go back. It was a shame, he was an awesome Dog.
Hi Marie, that is a great idea to create a place for all the contest winner's photos. However we don't really have that at the moment. You can see all the finalists in the various discussions though:
