I have that one and a few more Canons. I love the camera and since I have large printers and Blow Up by alien, I can do 30 by 40 inch prints. Great camera. Stabilzer, dust cleaner., etc. Wonderful choice. Miguel

I had a 50D but it was stolen last week. I will get another one. I had the EF-S 18-200mm and I liked this lens. But this time I will get the EF 24-105 F4L. I hope to replace it next week.

I am using a 50D that I got on ebay 2 weeks ago. I am using it with my 500mm F4L IS and 1.4, handheld trying to shoot wild birds. I also have a 40D as a backup.

thanks, when I have the extra cash I will look into renting the 24-105.
I made the big switch and it wasn't cheep .... happy so far with the 17-55 , just working out the minor details with all the ins and outs of the 50D.
