Michael, I always wanted to take lightning strike photo's but, to be honest, I don't know how. Do you have any advise, obviously this type of shot is not a problem for you.

Hi,first you need tripod and good light.My setup is AV mode with F14 and flash (I do this in bathroom with water from tap and colorful bowl.All is improvisation but working)Why F14 for DOF.Focus manual with wife help,she hold some thing in place where is drops fall and I focus on this.Focus is very important for sharp photo and use remote control or wire trigger.Background is up to your imagination if you masking camera with flowers you will get flower reflection in drops.If you have reflectors with soft box you may try with exposure mode.I forget set EV -1 for avoid flash reflection.Have fun.
