Eclectic, curious, playful, sensual and lover of the wonder of the moment. I shoot primarily landscapes and still life with an emphasis that shifts with my mood. I am straddling a life shift from a profession of 30 years into the world of photographs and writing. I appreciate all comments as I find learning new views on a subject is the best way to expand my technical and sensory skills. Most of my photos are best viewed full size.
My Photography Equipment:
Nikon D 70; D7000 with Sigma telephotos; Nikkor 30. Nikon 800 speed light and Manfrotto/Bogen mono and tripods.
Hi, Michael:
You'd asked what had drawn me to your page and it was naturally your photography selections. I love your landscape shots and the flower you have as your profile picture, as well.
I shoot with a variety of cameras and set-ups. You'd asked about that, too. I shoot with my Nikon D80 and interchangeable lenses, of course. (Still learning which to use for what) and I have a Nikon P90 (NOT MY FAVE, but I like it in BRIGHT LIGHT SETTINGS). I have a Nikon N55 35 mm too that I use occasionally and I carry along a Sony Cybershot 12 mp baby camera in my purse, just in case the other cameras aren't handy at the spur of the moment. I use the little one at night, too because I definitely haven't mastered the night shots AT ALL !!!!
Thank you again, Deborah! This is part of a State park called Putnam Park. It is part Revolutionary War museum and part trail system. I can only do part of the trail system (back injury) but it is a really beautiful place!
