Suggestions for Kitty Hawk, N.C. Shoot Locations

My wife and I are heading to Kitty Hawk, N.C. this weekend for a week. We've never been there so I was hoping to get suggestions on great places to shoot down there, as well as places to eat, drink, be merry, and see! Thanks to everyone in advance for your replies.

Night Shooting Tips Needed

I'm going to be shoot some decks at dusk and evening. The idea is to showcase the lighting on the decks. I was hoping that I could get some suggestions from the network. I shoot with a Nikon D100 and don't want to add any extra lighting if possible. I'm fairly new to night and low light photography, and the D100 doesn't have an auto feature.
