Wow, there are a few bridges like this here. One was just recently put as a do not use status. During the floods of 1993, here in Iowa I remember crossing one of these bridges. They definitely show the history of what use to be.

This image is not a real puddle at all. It is actually a sensored pad with an elecctronic image (or something to that effect). I wasn't certain if I would even be able to capture it at the time.

About Me and My Photography Experience:: I started out with a point and shoot Kodak digital camera and found it was a lot of fun. I then graduated to a Konica Minolta Dimage A2 and learned so much more about getting the best out of my photos with all the settings that were available in this camera. I now use a Canon Rebel xTI 400D.

I am back after having been away from here for a bit. Have had a lot going on. I have been Laid Off from work so I have decided to go to school and am also devoting more time to practicing my photography. I have uploaded a few new photos. I hope you enjoy them.

I have only been an avid photographer for about 4 years. I have found that capturing images through my lens has become such a joy! And yes, I love all the gadgets that go with the this art.
I have become addicted to this site. I even login from work. Shh, don't tell the boss!! Besides my email page, this site has become my secondary place to "reside." I love looking at everyone's photos. I also love the different levels of experience that are here and how much there is to learn. I hope to always continue to learn more and make my photos "pop." I always appreciate an constructive criticism of my photos. It will help me to become a better photographer.
Isn't it great to be able to leave a small mark in the world recording your view of the world with images caught through your lens?
