"I recently tried Kodak TMax 100 but didn't like the first results, but I have just take two rolls and pushed the processing +1 using Ilford ID-11 20 deg C for 11 mins and this gave me a very nice image with good contrast. I have also recently…"
"I've been using TMax100 since it came out because of Readyloads. Now that it isn't in Readyloads anymore I'm going back to my alltime favorite film; Tri-X. I have used Pyro WD2D from Photographers Formulary. It gave very nice, but…"
"Thanks for your comment.... Going through my freezer I found I have 8 rolls of 120mm AGFA APX 100 that hasn't expired yet and if the weather ever drys out here I will use it for this shoot.... after that who knows, I will probably go with the…"
I am looking for a good slow speed 120mm black + white film with a lot of contrast and a good tonal range.... I am torn between Ilford pan F+ 50 or Delta 100, Fuji Neopan 100, Efke R25 pushed to 50 or 100 or Efke R50 and hoping not to make my question too complicated has anyone ever used Pyrocat or any of the Pyro developers

I have had a keen interest in photography since I was given my first camera, a Kodak box camera, at a very early age..... Up to about 6 years ago when I sold my blacksmith and fabricating business the only time I had for my photography was taking pictures of the iron work I turned out for potential customers.... Since than I have dedicated all my free time to improving my photography by reading and studying any related material I could get my hands on..... I have been looking for a web site were I could get tips and pointers how I could improve my photos and have had no luck so far.... Living in rural Nova Scotia I have no access to photo workshops and there are no camera clubs close to me, so I would appreciate any constructive criticism anyone may have for me..... Black and white photography is my main interest and I do all my own wet developing..... Well that is about it.... I hope to hear from other members.... Thank you for stopping by, Neal
