"Very well done but I have one question - why did you use two ND Filters given the amount of the water flowing area is very less.. Did you experiment with just one ND filter and maybe a slightly longer shutter speed to get a little more light in ?…"

"Very nice shot - would have been even better (in my opinion) if you had composed it a little from the left so as to still frame the main dancer with the leftmost body but eliminate the distracting figure in between."
