Thanks for the 'like' on my silly quacker shot. I smile at the memory every time I see it.
I was on the ground by the pond. His siblings kept a safe distance while he was boldly climbing over my legs and getting right up in my face. Laughing and clicking - creating a magical and memorable moment in my life. I'm glad to be able to share it with you and appreciative that you like it.
Your slideshow pulls me up and away while I type this and I will definitely be back to visit your work again.
I was there in January, It was cold, gray and it was raining a lot. But I leave in AZ and we don't get that much water which I miss a lot because I'm from Costa Rica.
I really like it, in fact my wife and I are planning our next vacation already and is going to be in Alaska. We are planing to take a Cruise from Alaska to Vancouver (one way). After the trip she has a conference in Vancouver for a week, so I'm planning to stay there too and shoot everywhere. My best friend and I are just starting in photograpy and our wifes work together, so Jason is going to come too to the conference and we are planning to play with our cameras. This will happen in May 2011 and I can't wait to see Vancouver in the "summer"
I love it.
Hi Rick!
I think I have some nice photo's.....I'm busy with my "other" work and class and haven't had time to go through them and post the good one's....or what I think are good.
Air Shows are a whole new ballgame and the pace is amazing.
It was a very hot day and the heat it sapped my energy pretty fast. Not an old guys day in weather like that.
I'll post shots soon! Thanks for asking!
Thank-you Rick for the very informative reply. Don't know why I didn't do a search; this computer stuff sometimes comes very second nature to me.
Love those old trains!
Hi Rick. I see you are a train enthusiast. I took quite a few photos at the Forest and Railway Museum in Prince George last summer. The only engine they didn't provide background information on was this steamer. Am wondering if you could advise me on how to find out what it is and/or where it came from?
