Dalia, I really like this shot. I think it would go from a good shot, to a great shot if you cleaned up around the edges of the frame. What appears to be a knee in the lower right corner and the dark block at the top draw my eyes away…
Nice shot! If a photograph is intended to create an emotional response, this one really does it. The emotion it evokes is gratitude that I survived all those years on "The Roof".

I've been very interested in photography since I got my Canon AE-1 for Christmas 1979. I wore it out and got a Minolta Maxxum 7000. Then I got my first digital P&S (a Fuji Finepix 1Mp), and progressed through a few different P&S's and then finally got serious and bought my 30D. My wife recently surprised the heck out of me by ordering my new 5D MkII Now I'm serious enough to start getting paid for some of my stuff. I'm hoping to at least make enough to pay for the toys.
Thanks for the comment about my low light problem. I need to practice and I appreciate your assistance! BTW, your pictures are stunning! Photography IS going to be so much fun!! Again, thanks for the encouragement!
Thank you for all your thoughts and I like your ideas, and apperciate the focusing on the subject, I just now really started lookin at comp , and all that stuff it was always about what my eyes thought was beauty thats why in some of my pics it may seem as though there is no central subject its because what I saw as a whole is what I thought was interging, but Im understanding the need to really focus on a spacific subject.
thank you Don, the building was vacant and I was doing a before and after shoot with the designer, when he was looking out the window I managed to get this shot, and then added my own twist on it.
